Description

The Metamorphosis T-shirt is born from a process of conscious transformation. Each garment is made from the leftovers of the chumbe (a type of weed) woven by hand by the mothers of the Kamëntšá community of Putumayo. What was once considered waste is now a symbol of change, resilience, and ancestral beauty.

In this T-shirt, we weave more than just threads: we weave memories, roots, history. We rescue what already exists, reimagine it, and transform it into a garment that speaks of what we were, what we are, and what we will be. Because transformation can also be worn. Because the ancestral is not discarded, it is reinvented.

Each Metamorphosis T-shirt is unique, like the fragments of chumbe that compose it. Its design combines the artisanal with the contemporary, carrying a profound message: honoring our roots while embracing the present with creativity and awareness. Each t-shirt is unique and unrepeatable, so you won’t always find the same color or size. You’ll find fabrics from our Renacer and Bacatá collections.
